Delivery, Returns and Cancellation

Delivery

  • Most UK orders are despatched using a Next Day Delivery service, and delivery to most European countries is typically 2-3 working days. Orders received by 4.00pm (for products which are in stock) will usually be dispatched on the same business day.
  • Next Day Delivery in the UK is next business working day, subject to stock availability and method of payment.
  • Please contact if you need faster shipping, or special delivery options.
  • Hazardous items like Lithium Metal (not Lithium Ion) are typically delivered within 3 to 6 days to most European destinations, and the Express Delivery options will not be available for orders containing hazardous items.

Guarantee & Warranty

All the products on our website are brand new and come with a 1-Year Manufacturer's Warranty against manufacturer's defects from the date of purchase. With years of experience and our strong relatioinships with manufacturers, we Guarantee that products shown on the site as suitable for use with a particular model are 100% compatible, or we will provide a replacement or refund.

Returning Items

We hope you are fully satisfied with all purchases from us, however in some instances you may wish to return something to us. If you have an unwanted, or faulty item that may need to be returned, please read the below.

Faulty items

  • If you believe your item is faulty, please get in touch with our customer care team (here) who will be able to resolve any issues through the relevant repairs/replacement service.
  • In the event your item does need to be returned to us, our customer care team will give you a returns number and returns address.
  • Upon receiving your item back, we will dispatch a replacement, or refund you.
  • When returning items to us, we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure safe and trackable transit.

Unwanted items

  • Decided you don’t want your order after all? If you are within 4 weeks of the date the order was dispatched, and the item is unused and in the original, undamaged packaging you can return it to us for a refund.
  • After 4 weeks from the date of dispatch, your item can be returned for a replacement or exchange. A re-stocking fee may apply.
  • If you are returning an unwanted item to us, please get in touch with our customer care team (here).
  • You will be provided with a returns number and address. Due to the items being unwanted, you are responsible for the cost of delivering and returning the goods.
  • When returning items to us, we recommend the use of a recorded delivery service to ensure safe and trackable transit.

Order Cancellation

For all our products, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any item within 7 working days of delivery.

  • If you wish to cancel an order which has not been delivered, please send an email to quoting your Order Reference (eg LAS12345) and the reason for wanting to cancel.
  • If the product has already been delivered, please write 'Contract Cancellation' on the delivery note (which arrives with the product). Send the product back to us (Securely packaged) along with the delivery note. We must receive it back from you within seven days of the date it was delivered to you.

When returning products we recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Returned items must be received in good condition and in their original packaging. Please note that although we will refund the purchase price to you once we receive the item, you are responsible for the costs of delivering and returning the goods back to us.
