Lowest Price Guarantee
In order for us to better another company's price, the website must meet certain criteria and the product must be identical. The company must be UK based and the price available to the general public without logging in, so that we can confirm it. The item must be in stock and the price must include delivery on an equal or better service than ours. Due to unreliability we do not match any auction or marketplace sites such as eBay or Amazon.
Shipping And Handling
Our orders are shipped via UK Mail under their standard terms and conditions of carriage. Please note all deliveries will require a signature. If you will not be at the premises to accept the delivery we suggest having the goods delivered to your work address. Full details regarding our delivery services are available from the Delivery Information page.
All orders will be subject to VAT at 20% (except for orders from the Channel Islands). A VAT invoice will be emailed to you when the goods are despatched.

Any goods returned to us without an RMA number may take longer for us to process. You the customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us and we, the supplier will be responsible for the cost of returning them to you once repaired or replaced. Your warranty period will continue from the date of your original purchase.
Our 3 year battery warranty (applicable on certain models only) covers technical defects and malfunction only. Please note that a battery is a consumable item that will decrease in capacity with every charge. We therefore do not guarantee the charge capacity during this time as it will be affected by how the battery is charged and stored. Please refer to our battery care guide for advice on best practice for using and storing your battery.
Our laptop repair service includes a 3 month warranty on parts and labour relating to the exact part that was replaced or repaired, not the entire laptop.
Our warranty does not cover malfunction or failure caused by accidental damage or misuse of the product.

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive is now UK law. The legislation aims to make producers pay for the collection, treatment and recovery of waste electrical equipment. The regulations also mean that suppliers of equipment like high street shops and internet retailers must allow consumers to return their waste equipment free of charge.
The amount of WEEE we throw away is increasing by around 5% each year, making it the fastest growing waste stream in the UK.
Distributors of new Electric and Electronic Equipment (EEE) have a part to play in reducing the amount of WEEE going into landfill sites.
"Under the Waste Battery Regulations, laptopsandspares.com are now offering a take back scheme for all portable waste batteries. You can return your waste batteries to our business premises in person (please do not post). Alternatively, you can find your local waste portable battery recycling facility at www.recyclenow.co.uk
Most supermarkets and shops that sell batteries will have collection bins for used batteries and some town halls, libraries or schools may also set up collection points. End users may find stores in their local area more accessible"
Under the WEEE Regulations, all new electrical goods should now be marked with the crossed-out wheeled bin symbol shown below:
Goods are marked with this symbol to show that they were produced after 13th August 2005, and should be disposed of separately from normal household waste so that they can be recycled.
