Delivery Info & Pricing

Orders placed with us before 5pm Monday to Friday, are normally shipped out from our warehouse the same day via one of the following methods:

Free Delivery
Your order will be shipped using Royal Mail's recorded packet post. This will usually take 3 to 5 days to arrive although can be quicker and sometimes can be longer too. Please note in the rare event of a problem with this service goods shipped via this method cannot be tracked or deemed missing until 15 working days after despatch from us.

Next Day Delivery - from £3.50
Your order will usually be shipped via FedEx for most mainland UK addresses or Royal Mail Special delivery for some remote areas. Deliveries will be made between 8:30am and 5:30pm on the following working day from the date of despatch. Orders despatched by us on a Friday will be delivered on the following Monday.

Timed Deliveries - from £5.79
Timed deliveries will be made as per our Next Day Delivery service except by 1pm, 10am or 9am depending on the service level selected.

Saturday Deliveries - from £8.50
Orders for Saturday delivery can be placed at any point during the week up until 5pm on Friday evening. Your goods will be delivered by 1pm on Saturday.

Irish (ROI) Deliveries
These orders are shipped via FedEx on a 2-3 day service

European Deliveries
European orders are shipped via Royal Mail and then transferred to your local postal service. Please note this is not a timed service so we are unable to give an exact date of delivery.

Please note: All our deliveries require a signature - If no one is available to accept the parcel a card will be left detailing how you can arrange for re-delivery or collection of your item. The parcel will be held for a few days after which time if no arrangement is made the goods will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge will apply to redelivery. All goods are despatched by us under FedEx or Royal Mail's standard terms and conditions of carriage. Please note, we are unable to refund delivery charges if any items are delayed by strike action or bad weather.
