When you first receive your laptop battery charge it fully for at least 6-8 hours and then discharge the battery fully by using your laptop unplugged from the mains until it runs down completely.

Please note: All our deliveries require a signature - If no one is available to accept the parcel a card will be left detailing how you can arrange for re-delivery or collection of your item. The parcel will be held for a few days after which time if no arrangement is made the goods will be returned to our warehouse and an additional charge will apply to redelivery. All goods are despatched by us under DPD or Royal Mail's standard terms and conditions of carriage. Please note, we are unable to refund delivery charges if any items are delayed by strike action or bad weather.
