Tracking your delivery
Please note this information is the latest available and is the same system used by our telephone staff.

You can start tracking your order the day after it has been despatched from our warehouse. You will need your order reference which is included in the subject line and text of the order confirmation we emailed to you. It is not possible for our telephone staff, or web site to track your parcel without this. You will require the last 7 digits of your order reference. For instance if your order reference is RH12JB11001234 you will need to remember 1001234. An example is shown below.

You will need to enter this number in the "Consignment No./Ref No." box on the City Link web site, which can be found at www.city-link.co.uk. An example is shown below.



If you wish to speak to the depot responsible for delivering your parcel, select the depot nearest to your location from the list of locations on the city-link website. You will then be able to see the contact details and telephone numbers of that particular depot. An example of this list is shown below.
